Slightly, now in the winter it's acceptable, and in the city it's nice being around other slightly intelligent people. However it's still Texas, gets too hot, droughts, too many religious morons and boring as NOTHING ever happens here and the schools are all hopeless obsessed with Football, which has nothing to do with academics.
